2. Service Description

SaaS Radar provides AI-powered Startup Credit Score™ analytics for SaaS businesses by analyzing GitHub, GitLab, Vercel, Stripe, and social media metrics.

3. Data Access Model

SaaS Radar uses read-only API access to analyze your operational and revenue data. We do not:

Modify your GitHub, GitLab, or Vercel repositories
Store your Stripe revenue data permanently
Access your source code or customer PII
Share your data with third parties (except AI analysis via OpenAI)

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Keep your API keys secure
Not misuse or abuse the service
Comply with all applicable laws
Not share your account credentials

5. Subscription and Billing

- Free tier: 3 scans per month
- Starter tier: $9/month for 10 scans
- Pro tier: $29/month for unlimited scans
- Enterprise tier: $99/month with team features
- Investor tier: $199/month with portfolio tracking
- Billing is handled through Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- Refunds available within 7 days

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by SaaS Radar and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

SaaS Radar provides Startup Credit Scores™ and insights for informational purposes only. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our analysis. Use at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
